As long as the packaging is unopened and the product is in good condition, we will be happy to accept your return and refund your purchase price. As we are a small, independent business, we cannot offer to cover return shipping costs at this time. But don’t worry – we’re 99% guaranteed you’ll love this product, it doesn’t apply to you!
- If you want to order a large quantity of a single product, we recommend ordering samples first to ensure that the product meets your needs. This helps us avoid returns and restocking costs.
- We do not accept returns for certain holiday items.
Refund policy
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and the credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 2 business days. Please be kind to our lovely products and pack them properly! We want to return the items to the warehouse intact so that another wonderful customer can use them in the future.
